We only accept returns or refunds if the product is damaged during shipping or arrives broken.
Eligible for Return/Refund
- The product must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.

- Photos of the packaging
- Order number or proof of purchase
After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Full refund (depending on product availability)
Return & Refund Conditions
- Damage caused during shipping is eligible for claim.
- Broken or defective items reported within 24 hours are eligible for replacement/refund.
- Claims without proper proof may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong order placed by customer
- Used products
- Minor color/design differences due to screen display
- Any complaint made after 24 hours of delivery

Customers are advised to record an unboxing video while opening the package, as it helps speed up the verification process for damaged claims.
